  • Forces - explain that unsupported objects fall towards the Earth
  • Forces - identify the effects of air resistance, water resistance and friction

Lesson Outline

We will be joined by engineers and other STEM experts from the Royal Air Force and Spire Global Satellites who will tell us more about their roles and the technology involved in keeping the skies above us safe.
During our time at RAF Conningsby, teaching will be put into a real-life context through exciting explanations, videos and infographics.
The lesson itself will feature people in different roles across the RAF and their partner organisations as well as looking at amazing technology such as satellites and the phenomenal Typhoon Jets!
