Everton FC is building a new groundbreaking football stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock in Liverpool. The lesson looks at the design and technology challenges the engineers at Laing O'Rourke faced and the solutions they found to solve them.

Lesson Outline

The lesson will follow our presenter Sally-Ann Spence, as she visits the stadium during different stages of its construction.

We will be joined by experts at Laing O’Rourke who will tell us more about the engineering involved, what challenges they faced, and how they overcame them.

During our time at Bramley-Moore Dock, teaching will be put into a real-life context through exciting demos, recordings and animated infographics.
